Updated November 5, 2026

We want everyone to be able to use this site — including people who navigate by keyboard or use a screen reader. We’re a small family operation, and we’re improving accessibility as the site grows. This page says honestly where we are.

What we’ve done so far

On the live site today, the page language is declared, there’s a skip link to jump past navigation, our forms have labels, and interactive elements carry accessible names where the theme provides them. Our guides are written in clear, readable text, and we add descriptive alt text to photos on our guides and pages as we build and update them.

What we’re still working on

Some older images are still missing alt text, and we’re working through them. We’re also tightening up heading structure across the site’s many pages. We make no claim about a specific accessibility standard or conformance level — we haven’t had a formal audit — and we’d rather be honest about that than print a badge we haven’t earned.
